This is great news. Very Happy Skip Beat is a pretty fun series. I liked Pretear and I love Princess Tutu, so I'm looking forward to what the director and the studio can do. Now if they'd only animate Nakamura's other work, Tokyo Crazy Paradise. Wink

This is a manga that interested me, though not so much that I ran out and bought it. I'd definitely watch the anime though, to see how the story goes.

Hair-bleaching is common among the younger set of Japanese these days. At least I don't see any blue eyes.

And I've concluded that by now the Japanese must think westerners look like cartoon/comic book characters.

This news is long past due. Skip Beat is one of the best shoujo manga running right now; I hope it can make a good transfer to the small screen Very Happy (And I hope that this causes more people to read the manga!)

I find Skip Beat! to be an above average shojo series. I'm currently on vol.12, but I wonder if the story gets even better beyond that point....? (no spoilers please)

I love the manga Smile I also think a Tokyo Crazy Paradise anime would be awesome, this works just as well for me, I am very happy!

And it is a relevant plot point, the bleached hair. Kyoko does it for a reason Smile
