Translation note:
The title would be better translated as "Private Detectives These Days Are Crazy!"

The "Tantei" or 探偵 in "Mattaku Saikin no Tantei Tokitara" refers specifically to "private" detectives. Official detectives employed by the state would be "Keiji" or 刑事. Just wanted to point out that little nuance Wink
