It's been done before; Akihiro Ito lost the use of his right hand and relearned to draw with his left. The three volumes of Able were essentially his rehabilitation project.

Gosh! I'm so glad he survived! I hope the rehab goes well, and whichever hand they choose to prioritise, I hope they can get back into drawing. I can only imagine how horrible it'd be to not be able to draw all of a sudden.
