A very good manga, story and artwise, with a strong female lead and a psycho leading man. I'm not a big yakuza storyline fan, but I was drawn to this manga by Konishi's fantastic artwork, especially her character designs which are tall and lean and very sexy. This is one adaptation I'm really looking forward to. Should be a winner!

Studio Deen for once made a good adaptation with Ooku. Maybe they can do it again.

I usually side-eye Deen but hopefully they can deliver on this. Looks like they're trying to capture the manga's art style well.
Also did not expect to see Akira Ishida in this. |
