Sadly ( well maybe not that sadly as it was total shyte) Toonami UK will be no more very soon. The channel has been sold by Turner Broadcasting to our Channel 5, and will become a channel for pre-schoolers, like we need yet another one. This is a titanic move forward in anime on UK TV since Sci-Fi UK produced "Saiko Exciting" 6 years ago. That soon died a death though. Hopefully this will last a bit longer

Don't have Sky, nor will I ever get Sky, so this doesn't concern me.

Yet again, like Rapture, it is not available on cable.

Cool, along with Lost and 24 this makes it worth my while to spend £15 a month on Sky. Only Elfen Lied catches my attention as I own Evangelion, but hopefully it might pave the way for something more. Or at least introduce me to something I might not normally watch.

Propeller TV is another "free to view" channel just like Rapture was. This means you only need a Sky box with a dish, but not a subscription, to see it. However if you have a Sky+ box, (similar to TiVo) you will need at least a basic subscription of £10 a month to record on it.
