Awesome ! I've been wondering if this series would ever get an actual, uncut release. That is, I hope it's uncut... But knowing Media Blasters, I'm sure it is. Finally, this series will get some much deserved exposure !

On Animeondvd it's stated that the release of Tekkaman Blade will only have the English Soundtrack.
I hope it's not true |

Well, looks like now I won't have to worry when LiquidAnime will finish subbing the whole series...

Wait.
release#6388 Oh crap. Oh crap crap crap crap. Why the hell is this happening? Where the hell is the original uncut version? Return to your fansubs, folks. If Kyatto Ninden Teyandee gets a dub-only release, I'm going to lose all faith in the U.S. anime industry... |

Now, lemme get this straight. BEsides "Teknoman" (the edited English version) Media Blasters will be releasing separately the original Japanese language version of Tekkaman Blade, but the sub release will only contain the English soundtrack?
Why would they do that? It just doesn't mke sense. In any case, I'm glad MB isn't taking the ADV route with this one (i.e., two separate dubs). |

The English language version is edited and in some cases rearranged. Also, the Japanese version is remastered and the edited English version isn't. -Franky |

WAHOO! Thankyou so much for releasing the original Japanese version.
This will make alot of people happy, Tekkaman Blade gained quite a following while it was aired briefly on tv. This is a show that many didn't think would ever be licensed. Thankyou MB for releasing more older titles. I loved what you did for Iczer 1 and i look forward to seeing Tekkaman Blade. i'll defintly be pre-ordering every volume that gets released. |

I'm going to get both. If it is the right dub, the one that aired everywhere but the US I think, then I'll completely love media blasters to bits.
I NEED TO JOIN A BANDWAGON! PLEASE LET ME JOIN YOUR BANDWAGON! REBEL WITHOUT A CAUSE! Man, subbed Nyankee/Samurai Pizza Cats would be bleh, but I imagine there'd be some kind of audience for it |

I'm really happy about this, but why drop the "Blade" from Tekkaman Blade. there's already a series called Tekkaman which was back in the 70s. Way to go on the anime research, Media Blasters.
