These aren't opportunities. I'd stay away if you a potential job-seeker. You'll be happy you did.

I second giving reasons why it's not a good opportunity. Not that I have interest in applying for any of them (They're all outside my field), but you know, a random, anonymous person just saying "Apply at your own risk" isn't going to deter many people who wouldn't be written off from the positions in the first place.

Trust me. You don't want to apply. PM me and I'll let you know why. You may want to come out to LA for these "positions" but the grass is always greener...right??? hehe.

Short of being a suit, have you ever heard of a job in the industry (non-union) that pays well for the behind-the-scenes work?
It's a chance for someone to break into publishing, after all.
Be glad at least you heard about it instead of it being "grapevine-only" job ops. Friend of a friend, you know?
If you don't want the job, fine. Someone else does. But don't go raggin' on 'em just because they may or may not pay well.

As for me, this isn't about being paid well. There are other things besides money. You can definitely rag on those things.
