I can't tell from the horrible typing on that site if this was an April Fool's joke or not. Seems to be one.
If not, then it looks just like what Watsuki did with Rurouni Kenshin in creating a brief, full-colour epilogue. Though, from the looks of it, Watsuki's little bonus epilogue thingy actually wrapped things up a little better. |

Dragonball was actually a good anime in my opinion. I loved it when I was a kid.
I now know anything after DB is bad.
