Still keeping my fingers crossed for FUNi snatching up the license... >.<
But on topic: This is such a freaking awesome outfit! It's nice seeing Sailor Moon getting a licensed costume that doesn't look utter junk!

$20 says half of the female cosplay population at cons beyond this point will be in one of these.

I'd rather the half of the female cosplay population wouldn't be made for these.......

A cosplayer or an anime fan who has gone to conventions wouldn't be caught dead wearing that >_> It's a pretty crappy costume lol I love sailor moon just as much as the next girl who group up in the 90's...but no...just no....Oh well at least the show is getting exposure again (glass half full?)

You have to have a lot of confidence to be older than 12 and be wearing one of these.

She's wearing the tiara like a headband...maybe the photographers didn't have reference images for how the costume is supposed to be styled?

Most likely is was a compromise to the fit. This way a major complaint on the product wouldn't be "the tiara keeps falling off".
It's probably more cost effective as well. I kinda like it as a headband, personally. The entire outfit looks pretty well made and accurate.

Meh, it's okay for a Halloween costume, I suppose. If I ever cosplayed as Sailor Moon I'd want to make my own, though.

If working a costume around Halloween shop that sold every brand under the sun taught me anything it was do NOT assume the leg ave. photo is what the actual costume will look like. The quality of their costumes and accuracy of the photo with it was always all over the place. I'm doubtful it really looks THAT good. I'll also be really surprised if the costume comes with the tiara, the brooch, AND the gloves.
