Nice seeing Yūichi Nakamura voicing an SNK character, don't know if he has voiced a chracter from SNK before, but I remember he and Tomokazu Sugita hosted the show, Tokyo Encounter, where they played a lot of video games, including some classic SNK fighters.
In regards to Kain being character in the base roster, that makes me wonder who is going to be the final boss in the game or if there's going to be two like in Mark of the Wolves, I hope that Gato and Hotaru's father, Geki Gaoh, will be the sub-boss. Though that means we have three or two characters left, I can imagine Hokutomaru and Jae Hoon being in the base roster, while I think Freeman will be a DLC character.
Speaking about DLC characters, I've seen people complaining that Andy and Joe won't be in the base roster, but they weren't even playable in the previous Fatal Fury game. I think it was kind of given that Ken and Chun-li would have their Street Fighter 6 appearances. Mr. Big is quite a surpise, don't if this means we'll see other Art of Fighting characters, perhaps Ryo as Mr. Karate II or older versions of Yuri and Kasumi. I hope Gai Tendo from Buriki One could be a DLC character

Neat to see Mr. Big being included, as it reinforces that this is the "main" SNK universe, not the KOF universe, so Mr. Big is naturally much older now with his grey beard. Helps remind that the Art of Fighting games took place around 10-20 years before the OG Fatal Fury games (depending on which ones you compare), so naturally characters from AoF would be much older by the time City of the Wolves takes place.

I think Mr. Big is supposed to be 63 years old in City of the Wolves, though he's not the oldest character in Fatal Fury/King of Fighters, there's others like Tung Fu Rue and Chin Gensai.

Yeah, but that still would match with his original appearances in Art of Fighting 1 & 2, which took place in the mid-to-late 70s so he'd be in his late 20s/early 30s in those two games. It gives Mr. Big something unique when compared to Tung & Chin, as we actually can see the kind of fighter & personality he was when he was younger.

The only other examples of that in SNK fighting games would be Ryo in Buriki-One (where he was Mr. Karate II & took place in 1999, which in turn would be how he was portrayed in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, alongside a redesigned Robert to match) & Haohmaru in Samurai Shodown: Warrior's Rage (which took place over 20 years after Samurai Shodown II).

Kain ended up being some sort of antihéro but I wonder if he really cares about his sister or just wants to use Geese's legacy to make South Town independent from America
