After years of being avoided by her schoolmates because of her family ties, Isaku is finally ready to make her high-school debut, live a normal life, and maybe even find love...until loyal family servant and Isaku's dedicated guardian, 26-year-old Keiya, enters high school right alongside her and vows to protect her from all of the above. Now she's got a chain-smoking, pistol-wielding knight-in-shining-armor to deal with. Could be fun to see what kind of range they have. Although, I feel like the girl is gonna' slowly start falling for the bodyguard. However, I could also see it being like Ranma where they like each other, but never actually get together and just endlessly bicker amidst romantic tensions. She's "entering" high school? Which means she's, like, 15? And he's 26? If they do go the romantic route that could get creepy. This one has the potential to make me chuckle... or royally pee me off. I guess we'll find out.

You say that Blood, but from the first episode it already feels plenty creepy and yucky. At least Usagi stayed innocent for a fair bit. This is also my first drop of the season, there is too much to watch to spend it on this.....muck.

I actually watched half the episode even though I had a super strong instinct this would not be for me. I was right. I'm gonna be honest... I'm enough of a slimebag that if this inappropriate age gap love story had actually been funny and/or interesting, I would have swallowed my objection to the premise and carried on. But not funny and/or interesting? Bye.

In a way I am kind of grateful, I struggle to drop shows even when I know it is not for me. An anime like this is as easy to drop as they come.

Was anyone else feeling incredibly creeped out when he invited himself into her room, laid down in the bed with her, and then said she was cute? I was like Jesus, she is a kid and you are a full grown adult.
I feel that. I was thinking that I can't just be against one of the first more feminine romance anime of the season. But I am allowed to feel icked out and not alone in that. |

Hearing from friends about recent episodes of this sure was something, apparently it got significantly worse in the creep department, there even being one creep which makes the pedophile look mild in comparison.
