Looks a lot better from the first trailer but hope they can still improve the visuals somewhat.

While it seems graphically similar to Genshin Impact and Zelda BotW, looking at light/shadow/models, it feels like the "realistic" look of the textures and the poor decoration (big spaces filled with just grass) are bad for my eyes. I would prefer a world with more fancy textures and more decoration than it has, I mean, it's more on the BotW side than the Genshin's.

I have never crossed my fingers so hard when I read "action rpg" looks pretty stupid turn based to me.....

Well Final Fantasy games are RPG Action but they have turn based action. |

Looks like an interesting evolution of the Let's Go games...
So rampaging Pokemon can actually attack you and you can only initiate battle by throwing a pokeball at them? It also seems like you can have moments with your whole team. |

They really improved the frame rate and LOD animation! I mean yeah it could use some more work but for the most part I like it. I think people that are complaining about the graphics to high hell might be running 4K tvs/monitors and a low res- to 900p (1080p?) can only look so good with upscaling. I'll have to rewatch it on my 1440p monitor when I get home. I will say the buildings don't mesh well with some of the other assists. Hopefully the next Nintendo console (hope they call it Super Switch) will have backward compatibility with improvements to old games like PC and Xbox games.
