Even though I renewed my subscription on January 1 of this year, it seems I cannot get into the subscriber forum.

I'm still looking into what caused the bug, but at least everyone should have the forum access they're supposed to have.

I just realised I can’t get into the subscriber forums either. I have a basic subscription, and according to the perks I should be able to. I used to be able to on the old subscription plans. Thanks.
