I hope and pray that Keijo really takes off and becomes one of the most popular sports in the world. Because let's face all the sports now are so old and boring that watching them has become a waste of time.

Good for them. The show was stupid but it was fun, and the sport looked fun too. It always seemed like a natural extension of those games kids would play on rafts in the pool--We called it "Mercy," but it was basically grabbing each other by the arms and seeing who could be the first to shove the other off the raft into the water.

I can't even with this world anymore.
Look, if people found a way to make Quidditch work, they can make this work.

I guess they're gonna do this no matter what, huh?
No ifs, ands or buts.

Im a half Portuguese lol.
Not sure how it feel about this attempt though. I loved the anime but without the ridiculous (but awesome) special moves it doesnt sound more than a wetshirt contest.

I always love it when fictional sports are made a reality by fans (except Quidditch, cause those brooms ain't flying). I know I should be offended, but seriously, HELL YEAH!

The anime worked because all the characters had superpowers that made for some hilariously over-the-top moments. Without them, this would be extremely mundane in real life.
