i think most of it is recuts with some new animation... will there be a second film?

This is the second film isn't, hence "2nd" Attack on Titan Compilation Film

I wonder if they will change the anime ending in this film and make it more similar to the manga,
regarding how the titans were discovered inside the wall.[/code]

The TV show moved some of the plot points around, but that point was presented in the anime.
Most likely that the 2nd season's airing window will be revealed in the movie's credits/post premiere-screening party.

Nah I'll pass. So is it getting some newer footage? Sometimes they do that. Even if they did I wouldn't put my money down for something like that unless it had something truly new to offer. I have no problem with compilation films, but they're hit or miss either adding or removing material.

There supposedly is some newer footage, but like you said, it's probably not worth putting any money towards.
