Oh boy, as soon as I saw the headline topic, I knew what this was going to be talking about. And this doesn't surprise me at all.

While Fairy Tail is a famous example of fanservice, one of the earlier One Piece films was notorious for adding one of the first jiggles whenever Robin and Nami were present.

It's easy to laugh at the over-the-top parodical examples that everyone's seen a hundred times, but I think there's something down right hurtful about, say, tvtropes defining "gainaxing" as "unrealistic breast animation" when Gainax's groundbreaking breast animation was basically naturalistic. This very article still attributes it to them being horny, but I don't think that's always it, honestly? I'm almost flat, but my breasts still noticeably move when I walk downstairs or something, and I really, really love that Gunbuster emphasizes the physicality of Noriko's body (in a way that is realistic, but also pointed and deliberate)! It makes me feel seen and more happy within my own body!! Noriko is one of my favorite characters of all time!!
Also I respect that this article takes a wide and measured overview at the idea, but to crack about "giving people wack ideas about how women's bodies work" and then say "why don't men have jiggle physics?" (do either of the writers have boobs...?) ... I mean, (using extremely simplified gendered language here for brevity's sake) male chests don't do that in the same way. Even bigger guys. The internal composition of the chest is different, and both moves and feels different (to exist with -or- touch with ones hands). The progression here is breast physics in real life -> naturalistic breast animation from gainax et al -> over the top breast animation. I don't think there IS an equivalent on a (traditionally) male body that can go through that pipeline culturally. You can still do over the top physical comedy with anything but it's not derived from an existant physicality. Balls as an equivalent are also more explicitly sexual than boobs... I don't think it's fair to equate the two because there isn't actually anything sexual about boobs in the first place. I like balls too but I'm not about to ask for a "free the balls" movement lol...
I'm sorry, this is a serious topic for me that I never get the chance to talk about because people assume I'm joking or horny... ^^;;;;

They talk about exagerated breast physics being more suited to hentai, but the old hentai, when it still had a budget comparable to ordinary OVAs, also had basically naturalistic physics (see Cream Lemon). Compared to that, modern hentai is basically unwatchable. For a striking example, compare the original Dōkyūsei (1994) OVA with Dōkyūsei Remake The Animation (2022) - it is night and day.

Arale's comment is everything.
I only want to add it's exciting to see Qwaser mentioned... I was going to say in the light of day, but really, anywhere. The manga is hella cool, you guys! the things i would do for an epilogue, seriously. The anime is much more comedic and even boobier (The manga, while of course still possessing the sucking of breasts as a main plot point, somehow takes it pretty seriously in comparison.) and makes some characterization changes to these effects; all told, both have their strong points and are worth checking out if one loves depravity. And the cast......
Last note is I'm still working through the list of titles picked up from the incest TWIA, now we must add the boob jiggle titles. Thank you for great journalism.

If we're talking about some equality in outrageously exaggerated man-service, I want to mention manga "Rosen Garten Saga". Some of the pages later chapters may look like pages of some straight/hetero battle hentai at first glance, yet once I start reading them it feels like one of the most fabulously gay thing I've ever seen, constantly inspiring admiration for dicks and "bara" muscular men, and for the manliest and most intimate bromances. And that's somehow in series where gender-bending weapon keeps turning guys into women (to clarify, there are not-genderbent female warriors as well). After all, even if you're a woman, you can still get the dick of your heart fully erect.
Let me just mention that legendary king Boewulf wield three swords in battle, with the "middle one" being clearly not only visually impressive due to its size, but also most powerful one. Yes, it's exactly what you think it is. And he has a great, toned ass to match the front.

Was that the seventh film? I recall in actual Manga/Anime at the time, they had far smaller busts sizes. So that was jarring at the time.

While its breast movement wasn't as outlandish as some of the shows mentioned here, I'm a little surprised that Plastic Little -- and, more specifically, the jiggle counter on its DVD release -- didn't even get as much as a honorable mention.

Having just watched Occultic;Nine, that was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this title and it certainly merited the closing shot. The included GIFs barely scratch the surface of just how jiggly it got though. And with the somewhat realistic physics they used (unlike some of the other examples), it looked downright painful to have them bouncing around that forcefully.
Gundam SEED was the other one I was expecting to see, but Gundam 00 may be an interesting counterpoint. That show prominently featured several busty ladies, but they didn't seem to know how to handle that part of the animation (shape or movement), so they introduced a tighter uniform in season 2 to solve the problem.

Noriko is one of the best characters of all time. I've only recently watched Gunbuster, and... whilst there was breast movement, it didn't seem outlandish.
Kinda funny nobody mentioned Tawawa yet.
