Wow! I was kind of iffy on Fletchling, but his evolved form is pretty awesome, if you ask me, and Skrelp has a lot of character. All the new features in this game sound cool, I feel like it has a lot more updates to the game than previous games did, which tended to play it safe. We'll see for sure when it comes out

There better be a good reason for me to get Clauncher or Skrelp, because I already have Kingler and Kingdra.

And Corphish. Repeated motifs (conscious decisions to repeat something multiple times for correspondence, as opposed to just copying something for filler space) aren't new to Pokemon and I doubt they are meant to be ripoffs of each other. For instance, Horsea is already a seahorse, but this new guy seems to be based on this species:
And he's a poison type, so that already offers something new to the table (tentacool and tentacruel were primarily water types and secondarily poison types while this guy is is the opposite). There is the possibility of evolution, too.

I feel like Skrelp is gonna be the brother/sister of Kindra - im expecting his last evolution to look wicked-sick.

so with this inclusion of hoard battles, I'm assuming that there's going to be attacks used to be single opponent hit attacks that will now be multi opponent hit attacks which will be nice considering the attacks you'd think be multi-hit attacks that aren't.
