Softhouse Seal is enthusiastic about licensing their games in English, so they provide lots of cheap licenses to MangaGamer. If only better companies were so generous...

It doesn't seem so obscure to me. There are the mainstream Key eroge, and the tame types of that sort, then the rest are well, like this.

I think the biggest prize would be the Lilith titles, as well as the anime based off them
