Well that is an unexpected announcement. This is great film that deals with themes such as teen suicide with very naturalistic approach. If I had it some political power I would make this stuff a required watching in high schools.

Oh, there's an interesting acquisition. Sentai really sees the full spread of anime available, don't they? I'm glad they're willing to go back and grab up misses titles, less so if they're crappy.

This was a pretty decent movie. There's a quote at the end that I really particularly love.

This movie was hyped as hell online, so me and my buddies watched it on New Years.

1. Do NOT watch this with others. It's not that kind of film.
2. It's VERY slow. Not slow, VERY slow.
3. It's quite boring, and the plot twist is such that any experienced anime watcher will have seen it coming for a long time, probably before the first half of the movie ends. Some figured it out in the first 5 minutes,
4. It looks nice. It's well animated, and decently voiced.

All in all... only watch if you like extremely slow movies.

PS: It's not a bad movie in any way, it's just very very slow, and might not resonate with most watchers.

I was wondering when this film will be licensed. Yes!

This movie was pretty decent in terms of plot and storytelling, but the protagonist was pretty unlikeable almost all the time during the whole movie. In the end I never like the protagonist, he's such a whiner, he's literally worse than Shinji from Neon Evangelion Genesis. And I never hate Shinji.

I've heard very good things about this film. I was disappointed I didn't know in time that it would be playing at the Japanese Film Festival last year, so I look forward to catching it on BD.

This is great! I didn't think this would ever get licensed over here. So glad, it's such a good movie.

Yay!! I'm so happy! I've been longing for someone to pick this up. We just don't see enough feature anime in R1 these days and I think that's such a shame because the last couple of years have seen so many neat-looking anime in theaters. Anyway, hooray! Thank you to Sentai!!

I love this movie!! Very Happy

The protagonist isn't even a likable person but he's probably the one of the most believe teenagers I have ever seen in anime. The pacing is great for this type of drama; I'm just so glad it's available for Region 1 players. I might even buy the both the DVD and Blu-Ray!

I'm really happy to see this get licensed, hopefully Sentai wont rush it and try to do a decent job on the subs and dub.
