Although this does not have been a lot and recently but this occurs when they subtitled the text it does not get remove. This has happened to the 2nd episode of Golgo 13 (TV series), one episode in the ending of Geneshaft and throughout the 1st volume of Doki Doki School Hours (I believe there is another tile that had happened but I don't remember. Does this happen when the DVD authored or does it happen on specific copies of the volume? Does that get fixed when it gets replicated and when the the complete box set of that series is released? (This applies to all licensors current and former).

Would it be possible to describe what's happening? I don't really understand where the lines are 'locked'.
