Since it's JAM Project, I can only assume they inserted a line about punching world hunger in the face with the power of courage or something.

I think this is a very charitable idea. It's nice to know that a struggling entertainment industry is giving back to those that are struggling worse than the industry itself. I hope that they release these on iTunes. If we do more CrunchyRoll subscriptions, money going back to the creators might also be spent on such awesome ideas like this.

Why is it always "Imagine"? Otherwise, it's a nice idea.

"We are the wooorld, we are the-" Oh wait, wrong song.
I daresay japan got the inspiration from MJ, that's my most initial thought first and foremost. Its a great idea. |

LOL. My thoughts EXACTLY. I could just imagine Hironobu Kageyama saying something along those lines. |

If the download was made available to those outside of Japan I would most certainly download it in an instant.

I wonder when they chose to do this. I think it would've really helped if they did it during that 2004 tsunami.

Seconded. Since part of the sales of this is going to such a worthy and significant cause, why limit the opportunity to give to said cause to just one nation or market. The more help, the better, right? |
