All I know of is HobbyLink, but everything is sold out. Looking for the new D.Grayman shirts and FateStay Night. Know of any other websites?

Anime Castle I know has a selection of anime T-shirts on hand, I've been thinking of ordering from them myself, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Try amiami - like hobbylink they are based in Japan. But, depending on how old the shirt your looking for, it might very well be out of print.
