and Afuno Satuno (SD Gundam) is contributing to the designs.

His kanji name 礼野亜布男 is really weird (apparently a pen name), but I found his name under "ra" of Gundam manga artists, which means the first character should be rei, not satsu.

ADDENDUM: Found the furigana of his name: REINO Apuo (れいのあぷお). What the heck is that... Anime dazed

o_O That's quite the pedigree staff for a kids' anime. I'll have to keep an eye on this all the same.

It's interesting to see a joint Japanese-Korean production too, considering the amount of bad blood between the two of them that still exists for many people. I wonder how many (if any) previous joint productions like this have happened.

So what is this show about again? Kids trying to find all the elements in the Periodic Table that are scattered around the world?

What about all those elements that aren't discovered yet?! You could easily have an endless series on your hands. XP

The answer depends on if you count outsourcing or not.

New elements are created, not discovered. Watching episode after episode of a particle accelerator wouldn't be very interesting, would it? Wink

Unless they've found a way to create anthropomorphic images of Linac-tan, Cyclotron-tan, Synchrotron-tan, LHC-tan...

This has to be more interesting than the 2 day long video on the atom we saw in chemistry today.

I can't wait to hear the theme song. Imagine: "HUNT! ERUMENTU! FIND ZA POWAA OF ERUMENTU NO SCIENCE!"

Oh God.
