So, that's the question, hehe. I thought that I couldn't enter it because I needed to install something, but it still doesn't work. I can't get connected to it. So, what should I do? Write here the whole problem and someone will tell me what to do...PM someone...or what?? I want to enter it

When you enter, it should ask you if you want to install something, at least that's how it is for me. It may vary on your computer too, but I'm no computer person.
Anyway, after you install that applet or whatever it is, it should log you in automatically. Sorry, but that's all I can help you with...

Oh, yeah, I thought that I needed to install that, but I click Sí (Yes), and then, appears the chat room. Then says "Connecting...", and finally, "Unable to Connect" .

Hm.
Well, after we moved to WorldIRC there've been a few minor problems with their servers.. which have caused service interruptions in the past. Still, it shouldn't be a problem that lasts more than a few minutes.
What browser are you using?

I can't connect either, and this is what i get, at least when i even get that far.
[03:46] Connecting...
[03:46] Logging in...
[03:46] -- *** Looking up your hostname
[03:46] -- *** Checking Ident
[03:46] -- *** Couldn't look up your hostname
[03:47] -- *** No ident response
[03:47] Your username is invalid.
[03:47] Connect with your real username, in lowercase.
[03:47] If your mail address were foo@bar.com, your username would be foo.
[03:47] Error : Closing Link: DCRavenX by PalmSprings.CA.US.WorldIRC.Org (USER: Bad username)
[03:47] Disconnected from irc.worldirc.org
I use both Netscape and IE and get the same message with both.

I too am having trouble connecting.
Code: | [08/18 - 08:26] *** Connecting to port 6660 of server irc.worldirc.org
[08/18 - 08:26] *** Connection to irc.worldirc.org failed. |
Edit: Things appear to be working fine now.

Ok, actually, it's not bothering at all. I read a few things and managed to get in over the World Irc website and joining from there. I recommend to other people with connection problems to read the Chat room previous page for more information about how use the before mentioned World Irc website .
By the way, I have neither of those problems. And I'm using the Internet Explorer.

You're probably trying to login with a user-id and password, on mIRC, right?
Don't do that.
You shouldn't have a password listed on your login settings -- you only need that if you're an IRC Operator, and you aren't one of those. ;)
You should have a "full name", and an "e-mail address" listed in the settings, as well a primary nickname. i should point out that none of them have to be real (although you might be in violation of the WorldIRC AUP if they aren't), but they need to be present and 'valid' ("dontspamme@nowhereinparticular.com", for instance)
