That's very sad to hear.
They are still one of my favourite bands, ever since I first heard Pride, which was I think the first song of theirs to be featured in an anime.
I will miss them dearly.

Again?!
Will we see another reincarnation in another year or is it for real?

I am glad I got to see them live with Maki. Sad news though. I hope they all had fun while it lasted.

That's saddening. =( Makes me feel a bit worse about missing them at Anime Central a couple years back.

I blame this on lack of Maki. I always feel the bands are "done" when their lead singer leaves...never feels the same.

Ohhh man....
They had such a distinctive sound to them, one of the best I have heard. It's a shame that I have not much more to look forward to from them. I hope it works out somehow.
Personally, I don't think it gets any better than Dreams.

Eh, last I've heard from them, they were doing old anime song covers, I guess it's sad for their fans, but as long as they end on good terms they can always get back together. I just never really was much a fan.

Yeah, color me unsurprised. They had a good run, at least.

Doesn't surprise me to be honest. Didn't their original singer leave awhile ago to be a mother?

That sucks. Well, I hope they all live peaceful lives and never forget the great times they had making their music together.

I am totally saddened by this news. Haikara is my favorite band and it was always my hope to see them live. I wish that I had known that they were going to be at Sakuracon in Seattle this spring. I kinda worried that this would happen when Maki left.

Say it isn't so!
They were an excellent band, and I enjoyed the transition to their latest album. What a shame.

*sobsobsob* My favorite band out of Japan (next to L'Arc~en~Ciel) is disbanding. I love their music so much...it's sad to see such an awesome band breaking up. It makes me mad that I decided to go to Anime Central for the first time AFTER they were there. Now I'll never get to see them. TTwTT
