(no decision) This is apparently a different person. ANN doesn't have a person with his full kanji name yet. Without a better source his name is a guessing game. What's even worse, ANN already has a voice actor Ken MAEDA (前田健) so splitting this one to "Ken MAEDA" would require another disambiguation. Leaving this guy with the new 前田准 animator might cause the minimum damage while allowing for a split of the other two; I flagged him as error to document the different kanji name there.
