I think that it would be cool to have background music, maybe not all the time but when you’re doing something that needs it or just to living things up. But there would no point in have background music when you're asleep or listening to other music. It sure would make life crazier with all the different background music but then you could easily tell the moods of people and know who to avoid and when.

yes and no. Yes because i'm one of those people that always has to have noise because for some reason the quiet tends to freak me out a little bit
 . No because, wouldn't everyone have background music playing? There would be all these overlapping themes and people would get upset with each other all the time. I personally want my own theme music

Right now, I'm taking one of Umi's (MKR) songs because it kicks arse. Remember folks, even television has periods of silence. A good bgm is the one you are unaware of it even playing. |

Acctually, I realized something. Something like this could possibly end up really screwed. Lemme drop the point.
Wouldn't we have to listen to other peoples [crappy] background music as well? Not saying that everyone we know listens to crappy music, but many different people have many different tastes. Personally, I'd hate to be taking a stroll outside, with nice jazz or something in the background, just to have some guy jogger come by and blast my music with random explicit rap, going YEAH! every 2 seconds. Now everyone could have their own BGM that only they can hear, but really, what fun would that be? That's what the iPod is for. =P Yeah. Intresting concept though. |

hey the only problem with that would be kinda like the episode of family guy spoiler[where peter gets a wish and wishes for background music then almost gets beat up for it....would that be considered a spoiler?.....just in case....] |

Yeah, it would be cool if you had a life with background music, it's like your life's a personalized music box that doesn't quit playing or need a change of batteries. When you're sad, overly dramatic music will play, when you're happy, some kind of interestingly hyper and quick upbeat music will play. I could imagine my day....
