Does anyone have the number for their customer service hotline? My Lupin disc is defective, and so's their ability to respond to my e-mail.

I hear Geneon is famous for not wanting to be contacted. Why don't you just go exchange the defective disc for a new one at whatever store you got it from?

Geneon's Customer Service is handled by Rightstuf 1-800-338-6827.

Yea, I agree, I don't even think they have a website. Better off just exchanging it at the store, they should allow you.
