I'm probably guessing that it will be a Kamen Rider movie, since that is probably the highest profile Ishinomori work that is currently popular in the US. While Cyborg 009 and Kikaider are pretty decent works in their own right, with a Saturday morning kids show going on right now, Kamen Rider seems to be the most logical choice.

You forgot to mention Peter Chung being attached to Cyborg 009.

I just hope they get 009 right. Along with Kikaider, it's Ishinomori's most celebrated work.

The Skull Man could make for a good film (despite how horrible the anime was...very nice live-action costume, though). Ishinomori has a lot of properties worth making into a live-action film, but Kikaider seems like the more malleable of the bunch. If the producers wanted to, they could play it straight or shape it into a Twilight-esque picture. Before the chairs start flying, if you think about it, it could very well work if done right and doesn't go too heavy on the angst. Of course, a 009-1 movie could also do quite well with the right leading Hollywood lady and Kamen Rider might be successful if it falls into the right creative hands and is stylishly done in a careful and smart manner. A film version of the Americanized one, however, would not do well at all (too corny for anyone to take serious).

I wish they would have finished airing the Cyborg 009 anime -_-
I wouldn't mind seeing a live action version of Cyborg 009 or Skullman

Peter Chung indicated his work was for a proposed animated adaptation. The new proposal is for live-action/CG adaptations.

And every character will still be 7 ft' tall and only 100 lbs.
