Is it out of place to ask for recommendations for ADV titles to purchase in this sort of thread? Meh, anyway, I'm not sure what to get this time around on this sale.
The things that interest me a little are 1) This Clannad sub-only set that I really don't want to get, but I really want to get.. (yes, I'm conflicted deeply about the issue over the lack of a dub, but on the other hand if ADV dies it may not help that and.. I just don't know since they aren't speaking up. I dislike them but I like the show very much). 2) Peacemaker Kurogane (watched it before, ok, not sure if it's worth this amount with the age, but.. ) 3) Noir (know next to nothing except from the reviews on site, which say it's good but kinda lame in terms of the actual action. As I actually find this someone important, I'm not sure if the story content/plot overcomes this. I could see how it might, but also how it might not.) I know very little about anything else ADV has up. |

Yeah, I really wish you guys would fix that. It seems like at pretty much all other sites, if you add something to your cart it stays there permanently even if you leave the site or whatever. With your site though, even if you just take too long, much over a half hour, it seems to reset and all the items in your cart disappear. It's really quite an inconvenience, especially for those of us who often place large orders that require a fair bit of shopping around. |

Yeah, I guess if I were to create a wishlist for rightstuf's website I would definitely include a persistent cart based on browser cookie (I mean, I can't really imagine caring if someone sees what was in my cart if I happened to be on a public machine and didn't make sure it cleared cache).
Additionally, the ability to instantly see an order I just made would be nice. None of these things are must haves, and I've gotten used to both of them over time but it's stuff that I do like about amazon's website or newegg's. |
