Now can someone can get the morons at ADV to give THEIR licenses up? Does anyone remember Cromartie, Gunslinger Girl, and Yotsuba? At least Broccoli is trying to find a way to keep their books coming out, albeit with another pub instead of sitting on them.

I'm pretty sure some of the more popular titles will get picked up. I'm really hoping that sola gets picked up fairly quickly. I've been meaning to pick volume 01 up, but haven't been able to because the local Barnes & Noble doesn't carry Broccoli for some reason.
On the other hand, I'm a fan of Mia Ikumi's work, and I kind of have my doubts that Koi Cupid will survive this. It's an incomplete (and still short) series if I'm correct (I may be wrong).
On another note, the people there seem really open to the fans and really friendly, so I hope they can find new jobs as someone mentioned earlier in the thread.

I wanted ADV to give up R2: Rise R to the Next Power, Loki, and this other story about a boy whose only survival is a special hot spring. That was a looong time ago. They start stories and then, stop. Somehow, I think they should've just stuck with anime and not deal with manga at all. ADV should really give up all of their titles to better publishers.

Oh but that would be too close to acting like a sensible business for ADV's tastes.

Well, this FINALLY explains why Sola 2 never released this month. I'm getting fed up with these freakin' companies constantly bailing out like this. And Sola is really getting on my nerves with nobody wanting to release the manga nor the anime in a proper manner. It's all a bunch of crap if you ask me.

For those of my generation, this is nothing new. Live with it.
