I am very happy to see G Gundam return. And sharing a game with Witch from Mercury, too!
The Macross franchise's return in a console SRW is very much welcome as well.
Awesome that it's being released on consoles in North America this time. No need to import a physical copy from Asia or play via Steam. (Though I am grateful that 30 was released on Steam in the US.)

Delta being Passionate Walkure specifically is really curious, and I wonder if they'll be announcing Zettai Live later or if all we're getting is really just stuff from the abridged movie version of the show

He was in DD, so if not the base, definitely DLC.

There will be definitely be more titles announced later on, so I doubt it'll just be a single Delta movie in Y. They probably just wanted to focus on Walkure right away as one of the notable inclusions right away.
I just hope that Bandai Namco learned lessons from SRW 30 & are going back to basics a bit with Y. While I haven't played 30 myself the general consensus I always saw about it was "It's really good!... but it's also absurdly bloated & feels like it never ends". I get the idea with 30 was to keep it going for a bit with the various DLC additions, but SRW has always worked best when its a straightforward campaign that mixes together an original plot with a mixture of the various licensed titles' stories.

If we’re getting a worldwide release can we finally get remasters for Original Generations 1,2, & Gaiden at some point?

My bet:
Domon will get his recently revealed God Gundam II upgrade in the game for us to enjoy. In a way, that will make him something of a spiritual successor to Mazinkaiser.
The animations will be glorious.

Please release it in May in time for Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning and for the 20th anniversary of Namco X Capcom...
