Overall, there's nothing noteworthy about Studio Apartment. On the one hand, it's not particularly good. But on the other, it's not particularly bad either.

I did watch this one out (mostly as a time-killer), and this is the exact same overall reaction I had to it. It felt like someone had taken a bland harem romcom from the late '90s or 2000s and just spruced it up a bit.

Still, it was cute enough, and the character designs and background art were appealing enough, that I don't regret the time watching it.

I almost didn't watch this as somehow the title reminded me of a show from a while back which was just first-person ogling.

What i actually got was Jitsu wa Watashi wa, but fluffier. I can't really disagree with anything in the review, as it says a good choice if you want to turn your mind off and have everything be fluffy for a little bit.

Didn't expect this to get a review. I dropped it halfway through episode 7, as I felt like I had seen everything it had to offer in better, more interesting shows. Looks like I didn't miss out on a whole lot. It had some promise but turned out a bit more saccharine than I like.

Then again, there's nothing wrong with familiar fluff, and Lord knows I'm not exactly a paragon of fine taste in anime.

Was kind of hoping it would be similar to Ah! Megumi-sama.

It's definitely not amazing or exceptional but it's a cute, fun, and wholesome show (with some fanservice) with a likeable cast and it doesn't try to be anything other than what it is.

I also enjoyed it just like i did with the plethora of good old demi-human/ajin harem series, If it get a sequel someday I wouldn't mind ( i would chose it over Beelzebub Jou from the same author) if it doesn't i will just finish with the manga sooner or later. That's the kind of serie i like to have in a season with many emotionally heavy anime.

Comfortable is definitely a good way to describe it. Wouldn't mind another season myself Smile

I don't disagree with anything in the review, but I wholly enjoyed it anyway. The manga as well. To me, there's a retro/nostalgic factor where it brings me back to watching some of those great 'magical girlfriend' shows like Oh My Goddess and Mamotte Shugogetten that were all the rage when I first got seriously into anime. (Many, many moons ago...)

Does anyone here remember Pita-ten?

ETA: eek, 22 years ago?

Anyway, if you like this, check that out.

Yup, that's what this show reminded me of in the first episode. Pita-ten with a wee bit more fanservice.

Been awhile since I saw the anime, but the manga if I recall is a bit darker and sadder so might want to be a little cautious if looking to the manga version if you're only looking for a light hearted happy series.
