Ah, I see they're being even more creative with the Shirogane censors.

I had totally forgotten this existed. Good job Aniplex killing a new anime property.

I'm a big fan of this series, as it was my favorite Weekly Shonen Jump manga back when it was serializing in it.

I'm very happy that it got this anime adaptation, but the fact that it suffered this long delay, combined with the early parts of this story being rather slow in building up the setting has lead to an unfortunate situation where I feared that the series would come across as rather forgettable to any potential newcomers among the casual anime-viewing crowd.
And based on the prior replies in this thread, it seems that fear may have come true, at least to some extent...

See, I feel that most of this series' more exciting elements only become apparent/prominent later on in the manga. The story is rather slow to actually get going, and because of that I feel the beginning is one of its weaker areas. So I worried that a single season of anime wouldn't be able to express the full appeal of this series. Adding these delays on top of that just makes this problem worse. Sad

Well To Love Ru had 4 seasons and tons of OVA'S so maybe this will too?

To Love Ru had the fortune of nice timing. It released when all the ecchi tropes and harem weren't common place and the market over saturated with it. (There was still a decent bit back then but NOT like the years to follow) But, as someone who never saw it till a few years back who saw a TON of ecchi and harem anime b4 watching TLR, well, it was one of the most BORING anime I saw and I dropped it after 3 eps... I'm sorry maybe it gets better but according to someone I asked it doesn't stand out if u've seen a bunch of ecchi and harem anime like I have. Mean while Ayakashi Triangle I have not yet seen (Considering it, but won't till its done airing if I do) so i can't say how (if at all0 dif it stands out from the genres and themes it has compared to anime with the same genre/theme but timing wise the fact someone said its a slow watch (Many don't like that) and the delay... yeah, bad timing at least right there. It's hard to say if it'll get anything more besides maybe an ova or something but if the manga/LN is mega pops, then it'll likely get a continuation. However if it doesn't stand out from the rest and with this delay in mind, then, I I say we'd be lucky to get a continuation past an ova/ona. (Assuming its Manga/LN isn't pops that is)

Excellent. I've been waiting for an announcement like this. Now, if only NieR: Automata can start up again...

I legitimately had no idea this show hadn't finished it's rebroadcast. But wow, way to screw the pooch Aniplex. Thanks to how badly they screwed up this show's broadcast they pretty much completely killed any hope this series had of ever becoming popular. But as someone who's always hated Ayakashi Triangle I do get plenty of Schadenfreude from seeing the anime adaptation suffer from such a horribly botched broadcast.
