Not looking good for GoHands. I've never seen something like this happen before. Genuinely wondering if they're even going to survive after a PR disaster this big.

It's like non of Clamp's manga have a proper anime due either original anime content (kobato) or simply get the worst studio (Tsubasa)

Crisis averted. This project was a disaster waiting to happen. Still recall seeing the excitement drain from a friend's face when I told them GoHands were doing it

Take that back, I like Bee Train.  Certainly more creatively interesting than gohands.
Anyways, good. Hopefully we'll get a decent studio working on this now. Gohands hasn't made anything remotely decent since K, which was still very flawed. |

Probably the best possible thing that could've happened with the show. Now maybe the characters will actually look like themselves, and it won't look like an eye-searing mess of post-production.

Cardcaptor Sakura and Magic Knight Rayearth turned out fine. Though that's likely because the members of CLAMP were pretty involved with the anime adaptations of both. That said, this particular anime felt doomed from the beginning. In the previews it barely looked or felt like a CLAMP work at all, and the fact that it was from the studio behind Hand Shakers, an anime that's known for giving people nausea just from watching it, didn't give me much hope either. It's a shame that there's been so many problems with this production, especially with plagiarism. |

Damn, sucks that it's being delayed even more but hopefully we'll get a better studio that Gohands to do it instead.

Wow! Did GoHands really think that they could get away with plagiarism because they had big enough backers for this? Hope they just go away now, there are much better CGI studios...

I doubt we'll ever get the details on what else was stolen, but I'd love to know! |

Maybe when they restart this they can ditch the idea of this taking place in modern day. I'd prefer if it took place at the time it was written, in the early 90s.
