Yeah, wondered why the KG were all the obscure Ultra-monsters that we Westerners don't know, and not, y'know, THE Kaiju that Toho has their infamously iron-fisted lock on.

Somehow, Commander Black there feels like the weirdest KG design yet. Maybe it's because the Commander used to be an old man...?

I haven't actually watched this project very closely, besides viewing season 1 of the anime. I don't mind the concept, but somehow what I've seen of the project bothers me - like there's something missing, maybe.
