It's Cinedigm so of course it's not.

4Kids never even dubbed the last episode of this season, so it's technically an incomplete set.

I doubt the odds are high, but it'd be interesting if the undubbed season 4 got a DVD release. It could be a way to test the audience for a sub-only DVD release.

I wonder if we'll get the complete set of GX (like that amazon original yugioh set). I kinda wanna have a bundle of the whole show... the whole dubbed show that is.

In my opinion, they should just redub all the Yu-Gi-Oh! series.

A hardcore 4kids watcher from childhood that ignores the BS 4kids has done and continues to accept them for what they are.

if I recall right wasn't the 3rd season completely undubed since 4kids didn't even release it for broadcast for some BS reason?

The dub never got to the 4th storyline. They also never dubbed the last arc of 5Ds either. I don't know if they fully dubbed Zexal (minus all the cuts), but it looks like ARC-V wont even air at all. Yu-Gi-Oh's dub is a complete mess at this point.

Also, Cinedigm's description of calling Judai an upperclassman is funny considering he never moves beyond Osiris Red thoughout the entire series.

ZEXAL was fully dubbed, iirc.

ARC V is in fact airing on TV right now. Just...nowhere in the US. It's airing multiple times a week up here in Canada on Teletoon (more airings than any of the other shows iirc)

The lack of dub for the 4th season really made Judai's appearance in the Bonds Beyond Times seem random. Laughing Especially since the lack of dub for the final episode of season 3 resulted in it looking like Judai died. At least 5D's had more of a proper ending point, even if it was obvious there was more to the story than what dub viewers got. (and the ending wasn't as throughout as the Japanese one was)

never gonna happen.

alongs as 4kids/4k media and its parent company konami have a "harmony gold" style monopoly on the franchise, forget any ideas of any official sub versions for the final seasons for both GX & 5D's since the only official sub versions are the those for english speakers for the asian region, and its done by animax asia.

hell i'm surprise this company is even willing to be its DVD distributor considering that the dub versions for the entire franchise are as atrocious as hell and the only people that will even buy it are parents who have kids that are fans of the TCG cause not even the most die hard YGO would dare buy any DVD versions that have the dub from the horror that is 4kids.

All of 5Ds has been officially subtitled in English. They're slowly making their way through GX as well.

As for why people would seek the English dub in 2016: nostalgia.

I also don't think it's fair to compare Konami/4K Media to Harmony Gold. For starters, Konami is part of the production committee for the shows.

Not to mention they confirmed on Facebook they will be doing the undubbed 4th and final season. They just prefer to sub the series in order, which I think is the better choice to begin with.

Also worth pointing out the show never got a full dub release, so this is a chance to get some cash they missed out on.
