Is there a recap for the third movie? This is the first and ROTF but I can't find Dark of the Moon.
As for the quality of what I've seen, the art is kind of nice. The story is about as incomprehensible as what's demonstrated in the films.

He's probably a fan of Transformers and the movies. I bet you are a fan of something too like everyone else.

Say what you want about the films, however, they are the best-grossing anime-based movies ever. That alone should say something.

Never thought I'd see Shia Labeouf in manga form. Kind of surreal really. I'm slightly curious about this, since it might actually be a lot better than the movie. As long as there's no Skids and Mudflap

It says that despite the majority of the viewers openly disliking the movies, people like you assume they're good because you think in black and white terms. By that logic, Avatar must be the greatest movie ever made since it made over a billion USD. Um... no, it's actually an unoriginal preachy pile of horse manure, even the fans say the story wasn't anything special while The Terminator on the other hand is one of the best sci-fi films ever made yet with inflation it made only 172,250,000 USD.
Honestly, this is why I hate nerd/geek culture. They point out everything wrong with the movies, they go out of their condemn them till the cows come home, but as soon as a film they've bashed for months is released, they're the first people in line to see the first showings, thus paying today's overly priced tickets. Hypocrites much?

Considering his acting skills, being portrayed in 2D is a step up.

What a complete and utter wast of human effort. My condolences go to the artist.

Watch Bad Boys or The Rock (especially The Rock) and get back to us on that. A lot of people are distressingly quick to forget that Michael Bay had a career before Transformers.

The manga adaptation looks pretty cool and I am curious if it will explain what happened to the previous trilogy's cast in Age of Extinction due to them not showing up or even be mentioned or even have a prequel tie in to explain what happened during the five year time skip.
When it comes to big over the top action spectacle, no one does it better than Bay and yeah, you may say that his story telling and character development isn't the best but it's still undeniably entertaining and the Transformers are undeniably my favorite guilty pleasure.

Yeah I take it that you didn't do your research. He directed good films like Armageddeon and Pearl Harbor (another fave from him).
