I think it will be a good film.
But it won't be All You Need is Kill Which is what I was hoping to see.

Yeah, that's really sad. I've only read the manga version (started the novel but either the translation was too stiff/Americanized or the real text was kinda boring in the beginning so I chose the manga) but I understand that some of the concepts of the original story are Japanese-only. Still they've chage the plot and characters quite a bit. Still going to check this out though. |

Mr: Ladies don't like the title, and Warner probably doesn't wanna get sued over similarities to a certain Beatles song.
Gilles: It's possible they own the movie rights to it. revolution: Tell her Evangelion's already a rip-off. Also, it's more likely inspired by The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. |
