Well, sometimes it's a nice change once in a blue moon to watch a series just for mindless fun and sit back and watch the bad guys get toasted. I don't know about Seras being the main character - she's the point of view character, but that's not necessarily automatically equivalent to primary - but I thought her struggle to do the right thing and come to terms with what she has to do to live now was a nice contrast to Alucard, who enjoys what he does and in many ways isn't really any better than his targets.

It wasn't a masterpiece, but that's o.k. sometimes and I enjoyed it.
