This could very well be a sequel to Saint Seiya: Sanctuary Battle, the 2011/2012 Musou-style game. If so then I am really excited because Sanctuary Battle was a great game that really delivered on feeling like you were fighting in Saint Seiya-style battles.
If anything, all I'd ask is that the camera system be fixed, because that was one of the few noticeable problems with Sanctuary Battle. |

First Saint Seiya TV anime in 23 years? Sure, if you don't count The Lost Canvas which came out like 4 years ago

Lost Canvas was an OVA series, as were the Hades OVAs. Before Omega, the last Seiya TV series was, in fact, the original 86-89 TV series. |

I really can't wait for the game, I wonder if the Gold Saints from Lost Canvas or Omega will be playable!

They can't. Lost Canvas is not related with Toei or Shueisha. |

Some sites reports this will be a cross over game with TLC and Omega characters but I have a hard time believing it, since they don't cite any source other that this V Jump article... which mentions nothing of the sorts. And they also had the title wrong saying it was called "Bout Senses"
Oh and on a side note a new Saint Seiya manga called "Saint Seiya - Saintia Shô" has been annouced a few days ago. (I'll take the place of Episode G in Champion Red and will be written by Chimaki Kuori) I'm a bit surprised this hasn't been reported on ANN yet... -Sergorn |
