None of those would benefit particularly from a Youtube channel. Need to look at the younger demographic as they are the ones that are watching streaming media as opposed to television. Competitive pole dancing? I'd be shocked if it hadn't already been part of a reality tv show.

Tankery?
With some major revisions as to ammo, that could be made almost as safe as auto racing.

Youtube not really good as it used to be nowadays. With so many advertisements, ranters, stupid videos, and dumbtard commentators, you're better off with Hulu, Crunchyroll, or Netflix.
As for me, I generally watch Anime on Crunchyroll with a Firefox plugin that disables comments. That way I can enjoy my Anime in peace without reading opinionated remarks/rants about any series or characters.
I also watch Anime on "illegal" streaming sites but generally disable every single ad possible they have in their sites, so they don't get a dime from me. And if I do like the Anime(which is generally the case), I will buy the Anime straight from Rightstuf or in an Anime convention. I have cases of DVDs all over my room, when my mother visits, she always tells me to do something about them but there too valuable to get rid of.

Presumably you could just use whatever armies do for wargames, although there's the question of vehicles - that could probably be dodged by using replicas rather than actual vintage tanks, though.[/img]

But they're mainly from the U.S. business-wise. That's where they have the most exposure, so that's where they mainly have to protect themselves. Premium channel HBO has to abide mainly by U.S. rules as well. |
Well I mean their own subjective community standards, as the only actual legal rules they have to deal with are obscenity. That is a separate can of worms, but needless to say they do not approach anywhere near that since they don't allow porn anyways. They are much more restrictive than HBO/Cinemax/premium cable or home video, or even movie theaters.
Some PG-13 type stuff becomes strict 18+ when it's flagged, even without nudity, and risque material is usually removed, as can be seen by several anime PVs showcased on ANN in the past. I think this makes Japanese companies a bit paranoid--I would be too--since your account gets a content violation strike against it, similar to a copyright violation strike, in a 3 strikes-you're-out policy where each strike gets removed only after a year or so.
The only exceptions i.e. double standard, are for commercial partners, though nonetheless restricted 18+. The age-gating is ironic when they do not permit material that needs to be age-gated in the first place.

I can vouch for this; there's a clip for the Cartoon Network show Sym-Bionic Titan (the infamous "booty quake" scene) which aired with a TV-PG rating on a children's network, but got an 18+ restriction on one of the reuploads.
