I doubt this will be the end of the gintama anime. It does pretty well from what I can gather, and it's not like Gintama hasn't faked an ending before. Hell, Gintama's anime has "ended" quite a few times now. And the manga is still clearly ongoing anyways

It's certainly not the end. lol
The title of the movie is a parody of Space Battleship Yamato;
"Final Yamato: Be Forever Yamato."

I wasn't talking about the title. I was referring to this line

Again, I might be more inclined to believe it if Gintama hadn't pulled that sort of stunt around 3-4 times already
