When exactly could that happen? CR's license obviously has it using tha title, and the odds of it getting a home video release seem quite low. |

It likely sounds like a placeholder title in Japanese as well, so odds are that its supposed to sound like a placeholder title. After all, a web anime made with a freeware animation system originally designed to make those awkward Volcaloid animations is not exactly aiming at the Gundam Unicorn market. |
