Nice, I hope they release the Third Season of UFO Princess Valkyrie, after the release of the second.
What is with the name change anyways? Princess sounds much better than "UltraMaiden" lol

Yay Ellcia is being released.
Why is the classics are always the last to be mentioned in these threads?

Well, now we can think about lumping UFO seasons 1 and 2 in a Thinpak.

Your friends give good advice, Zeiram.
UFO UV must be selling pretty well if ADV licensed the second season. Can't be because of the quality of the series, that's for sure.

What, no Full Metal Panic:TSR? I still think it's just a matter of time but the sooner the better.

Has to be in relation to how much ADV is paying for the licence. Probably either one of two things:
1) The licence is really cheap, and are makin' good money in comparision. or...
2) There is a demand for this type of pure fluff show.
I'd put my money on #2; closet fans and people who ignore non-fans of the show. Personally I'm looking forward to picking up my copy of the first DVDs. I'll probably like the show, and start ignoring peeps trying to rain on the catgirl parade.

I was at the ADV panel today.
When asked "Are you guys gonna get (insert show title here)?
Their standard response was "We can neither confirm nor deny"
I got the impression that there's lots in the pipeline tha will be announced in the coming weeks/months.
Patience is a virtue!

While I'm not much of a fan of the show, I will be buying it, in order to replace the four VHS tapes that are taking up space on my shelves. (That's the largest block of (commercial) tapes I have left. Now if only Dirty Pair TV, Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars, and Cream Lemon were available on legitimate R1 DVDs...)

Amen, brother. Remember, there was hints at a 4th season in Japan. (Granted, the first thrree seasons total a whopping 30 episodes) They have to be doing something right.
It's fluffy and shiny and they don't go too overboard on the boobage. Plus, they might be getting a bulk discount, like at your local Sam's Club.
Incidentally, the 2nd season isn't necessarily pure fluff. It actually introduces (OMG) plot!

[Please stop with the stupid, one-line troll crap. We get it, you have this wildly irrational vendetta against ADV for their botched manga line. Doesn't mean you have to throw in childish jabs every time the name "ADV" is mentioned. --Nagi]

What manga? And are you implying that ADV censors manga, because they don't.

He just hates ADV manga. Just ignore him.
I watched the first episode (of the first season) and wasn't that impressed but if the series gets a thinpack release, I may give it a shot.
