Can't believe it's coming out in only a week!! aaaah! I love Arina's Rei drawing. She's drawn the Eva girls before but this time I think she did a better job nailing Rei's (lack of?) character!
Also, the chorus behind the preview music? Wow! |

Don't you love that an anime movie with a huge budget still feels the need to use speed lines? I guess old habits die hard.

Hearing the chorus singing along with the preview music made me laugh out loud.
The lyrics they're singing are "This time is like no other for us in living memory / Live, breathe the air, take in the feeling of peace and harmony / Freedom can fly..." |
