Evangelion 3.0 & Ghibli's 'Giant God Warrior's' Ad Aired

A commercial for Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo (Evangelion Shin Gekijō-ban Q Quickening) ran during NTV's Friday Road Show! airing of Evangelion: 1.0 You Are [Not] Alone.
The ad revealed that "Kyōshinhei Tokyo ni Arawaru" (Giant God Warrior Appears in Tokyo), the live-action tokusatsu (special-effects) short developed by Evangelion director Hideaki Anno and produced by Studio Ghibli, will be shown in an extended theatrical edition with Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo.
The third film in Hideaki Anno and Khara's four-part remake of Gainax's Neon Genesis Evangelion anime series will open on November 17.
In a related development, manga creator Arina Tanemura (The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross, Full Moon O Sagashite) posted a sketch of Evangelion's Rei during Friday's Evangelion: 1.0 You Are [Not] Alone airing.
