I'm still amazed that Shizuno managed to take out Kyouko. Poor Maria. When she was strong, she kept drawing super strong round 1 opponents who would beat her. Now she can't even beat normal level Round 1 opponents. Tough luck for Mihoko and Touka in getting knocked out this early.

I wonder how dominant Saki will be when it comes to the quarterfinals or so...

But hey, Yune isn't completely forgotten! Yay!

Really disappointed with Mihoko's loss. She just had to get stuck on a day that had a Rie Kugimiya character so there were hundreds of fake votes to obfuscate the real-time totals. Oh well. Still plenty of Sakis left.

Kugi tsunderes always do good in these, and she's relevant again because of the anime series in Winter. Not really too surprising to see.

Just wait for Shana since she's always been one of the strongest and she's had her first new anime in 4 years in Fall.

Surprised Cure Peace is doing well considering the recent Kanemoto scandal.

scandal or not, Yayoi and Reika are definitely the most well received characters from Smile Precure! and possibly the Precure franchise as a whole (...well maybe except Erika). Not to mention Smile Precure! by itself is very strong.

I don't think it was Kugumiya character's fault here but rather the seiyuu combo of Asami Imai, who voiced Chihaya in iDOLM@STER and Kurisu in Steins;Gate.

spoiler[lol Hinagiku is all I can say today. Losing to Sanya from Strike Witches....]How the mighty have fallen. Only time will tell when we hit Block H with Shana.

As long as Toki is around, I think the dominant fort will remain.

If Taiga is moe, then Mami sure as hell is. But let's not lose our heads over this.

It's entirely plausible that Mami is moe for the simple fact that you may not like tsundure girls and Taiga in particular doesn't do it for you, and that you happen to really like Mami. Remember, moe is 90% perception and 10% perspiration Laughing

Anyway I was dismayed that none of the girls from Nakaimo are in the 2012 Saimoe tournament. Then I was relieved to discover they are not eligible, that show's air date is one month after the cutoff date. Here's to looking forward to Saimoe 2013, they are poised to dominate Mr. Green especially Yuzurina Houshou and Mei Sagara.

Considering how terrible Nakaimo is doing with pre-orders, maybe one Nakaimo character will get past the prelims.
