Is Kizuna Vol. 6 really coming out on May 30th? I just got notified by Amazon that my pre-order release date has been moved to January 8th, 2013. That's a rather lengthy delay, but I can't tell if it's a mistake or not.

I don't think these are right. A certain scientific railgun vol. 4 and Soul Eater vol 9 came out a week or two ago.

According to this release schedule from June Manga, it should come out on May 30th along with two other titles: http://www.junemanga.com/schedule/

I also checked out Amazon.com but I have no clue why they are delaying it. Confused

Which reminds me, I have to pre-order vol. 9 of Itazura na Kiss. Anime hyper

Digital Manga's official website, which is what was used to compile this list, lists May 30 as the release date. DMI's official retailer, Akadot also lists this release date. Often DMI releases volumes on Akadot before other retailers like Amazon.

You are correct for A Certain Scientific Railgun volume 4, Amazon lists that that volume shipped on May 8 and it was included in the May 6-12 article. The article has been corrected.

As for Soul Eater volume 9, some retailers may have shipped Yen Press' releases early this month, but the listed release dates on both Amazon and RightStuf for Yen Press' releases were May 29, which is why they are included in this week's article.

Both publishers (Seven Seas and Yen Press) do not list exact release dates on their websites, which is what we use, when possible, when compiling these lists; however, in this case use the publication date listed on Amazon or RightStuf.

Wandering Son volume 3 is listed on Fantagraphics website as being released in June 2012, and notes it is still in the pre-order stage. Since this list goes by the release dates of official websites whenever possible, the volume was not included on this week's list.
