I browsed Vol. 6 at the store and there doesn't appear to be any noticeable differences between it and the anime. Should I continue collecting or just stick with the anime?

Yeah, I don't think there's much difference between the anime and the manga during the tournament arc and on. But it depends on which one you prefer.

Stick with it, but only if you need to have a complete set. After volumes one and two the manga doesn't add much that is not in the anime.

Just what I thought. After the second volume it started to get redundant. I do prefer the anime BTW. Only because I saw it first. |

I also prefer the anime, but for me, collecting 19 volumes of manga is preferred over collecting 32 volumes (I think) of the anime. Whichever one suits you better I guess, it's no use buying a title you won't enjoy.

Whichever you prefer. Personally I'm going to continue collecting the manga. There may not be any huge differences, but there are some small ones; like how Yusuke's mom attends the Dark Tournament in the manga. There's also a bonus chapter in Vol. 7 about how Hiei and Kurama met.
